Beecher Wilson Sr.

Beecher Wilson Sr. age 75 of Fairborn, died on May 4, 2016 at The Hospice of Dayton. He was born the son of Charlie & Sarah (Nix) Wilson on May 18, 1940 in Hazard, Kentucky. He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters Betty, Shirley, Gertrude, and Edna Mae; brothers Bobby Ray, Edley Lee, and James Edward. Beecher is survived by his wife Myrtle Wilson; sons Beecher (Stacy) Wilson Jr. of Springfield, Ricky Gilsinger of Fairborn; daughter Rhonda (George) Gaynor of Bradford; sister Ann of Norwood; brothers Harold (JoAnn) of Cincinnati, Darrel Ritchie of Hazard, Kentucky; grandchildren Beecher Noah Wilson, Kaley Wilson, Jessica Gaynor, and Erica Gaynor; great grandchildren Jason & Jaxson Schaffer . Beecher was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He will be missed by all of those who love him. Beecher was a truck driver and loved spending time on the open road. He retired after 30 faithful years of service with Mayflower Transit. Friends may call on Friday, May 6, 2016 10AM – 11AM at the Burcham Jennings Funeral Home 119 E. Main St. Fairborn, Ohio where funeral services will be held at 11AM with Pastor Scott Spencer officiating. Interment will follow at Byron Cemetery.
