Bennie R. Dotson

BENNIE R. DOTSON age 73 of Fairborn passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at Dayspring. He was born the son of Richard & Eddie (Parr) Dotson on October 25, 1937 in Denison, TX. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother Richard Dotson. He is survived by his wife Willie Mae Dotson, daughter Nicole (Jerry) Brock of Wichita Falls, TX, sons Dean (Joannie) Dotson of Wichita Falls, TX, Greg (Holly) Dotson of Escondido, CA , Jeff (Laura) Dotson of Escondido, CA, sisters Edith Mynatt of Dallas, TX, Dollie Bates of Lampoc, CA, a brother Tommy (Carolyn) Dotson of Whiteright, TX, grandchildren Daniel, April, Josh, Bennie, Shawna, Ashley, Jeffrey, Dillon, Amanda, numerous great grandchildren, god daughters Veronica Sexton of Huber Heights and Rachel Ballance of Fairborn, several nieces & nephews, and his first wife mother of his children JoAnn Dotson of Denison, TX. Bennie served his country proudly and retired from the United States Air force. He was a good man who loved his family and he will be missed. Friends may call on Wednesday, October 26, 2011, 11:30 AM to 12:30PM at Burcham Jennings Funeral Home 119 E. Main St. Fairborn, Ohio where services will follow at 12:30 PM with Pastor Archie Caudill officiating. Interment will follow at Dayton National Cemetery.
