Billy was a wonderful man and he had a heart as big as texas. He was such a warm and funny man with a warm smile. And he could
make your day when you were feeling down. He is sadly missed and may he rest in peace. My prayers are with his family. God bless you all.

Debbie, Russell, Donna and families,
We were very sorry to hear of Billy's passing and our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this time. It is our prayer that you will feel comfort and peace by being reminded that Revelation 21:4 says, "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away".
God bless all of you,
Sherry and Bill Fugate
