Charles "Bill" Johnston

Charles “Bill” Johnston age 75 of Fairborn died on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton. Bill was born the son of Charles Ray & Ruby (Stutler) Johnston on September 4, 1941 in Brownsville, Texas. Bill is preceded in death by his parents, stepdad Benner Jones, grandmother Ila Stutler, and a great grandson Daniel Brown. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Connie Johnston, daughters DeeAnn (Buck) Emans of Marion, Joila (Bryan) Buckley of Fairborn, Polly “PJ” (Steve Morgan) Brown of Farmersville, and Billie (Tim Coy) of Medway, sister Sue (Gary) Tatum of Tennessee, brother Benner Jones III, grandchildren Bucky, Chelsea, Sammy, Stephen, Jake, Dustin, Jordan, Dillon, D.J., Connie, Joey, and Dashal, great grandchildren Aaron, Jaylen, and Alayna. Bill was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be missed by all of those who love him. Bill enjoyed playing golf and running, and was a fan of the Cleveland Browns. Most of all Bill was a family man and enjoyed spending quality time with them. Friends may call on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 11AM-12PM at Burcham Jennings Funeral Home 119 E.
