Joan Marie Howard

Joan Marie Howard age 85 of Fairborn died on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at Kettering Medical Center while surrounded by her loving family. She was born the daughter of Edward & Marie (Shaeffer) Limbert on March 16, 1930 in Dayton, Ohio. Joan is preceded in death by her parents, husband Chuck Howard, sister, Mary Lou Setteducate, brother John Limbert, and a sister in law Donna Limbert. Joan is survived by her daughters Lynn (Gregg) Brown, and Lisa (Sean ) Hart; sons Chuck Howard Jr., and Ed (Ann) Howard; grandchildren Kristy, Abby, Charli, Cody, Marie, Chaz, Sarah, Molly, Sam, and Rachel; several great grandchildren; brother in law Mike Setteducate; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Joan was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend; she will be missed by all of those who love her. Joan was a proud breast cancer survivor. In her spare time she volunteered for the American Cancer Society. Friends may call on Thursday, December 3, 2015 5PM – 7PM at Burcham Jennings Funeral Home, 119 E. Main St. Fairborn, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015 at 10AM at Mary, Help of Christians Catholic Church, 954 N. Maple Ave Fairborn, Ohio.
