Virginia L Carter, age 84, of Huber Heights, Ohio passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2022. Virginia was born February 1, 1938. Virginia was married to Charles Carter who precedes her in death. Also preceding her is her 6th child Brian Carter. Virginia is survived by her other five children Tim Carter, Mike Carter (Terri), Candice Dewitt (Raymond), Penny Carter, and Tammy Middleton; 18 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren and her dog Sassy whom she loved very much. Virginia not only treated her dog like it was her baby, but she loved babies in general. She would always want to hold them and even worked in child care for many years. Later in life, Virginia worked at Miami Valley Hospital in the House-Keeping Department, and then in the restaurant at the old Walmart in Huber Heights before she retired. Virginia will be greatly missed by all of her loved ones.
