Billy Bruce Drury

Billy was a dedicated Mason and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles for over 48 years, where he served in many roles including president, vice president, trustee, and treasurer. He was the kind of person who would help anyone and enjoyed family, friends, golf, whiskey, and the Kentucky Wildcats.

In addition to his parents, Billy is preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl Jean (Putman) Drury, and his brother, Mike.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Jimmy (Theresa), Russell, Danny (Susan), and Richell Drury; grandchildren, Holly Drury (Ben Zellhuber), Katie Drury (Christian Jones), Matt Drury (Heather), Chad Drury (Brittaney), Lizzy Drury (Mike Nau), Andrew, Stephanie, Cameron, and Amber Drury; and great-grandchildren, Ashton, Amelia, Novalynn, and Levi; partner, Hazel Check; sister-in-law, Gilihia Drury; step daughter, Kristina Snellen (Darren Vinyard); step granddaughter, Abigail Snellen; and many loving friends.

A visitation will be held on Monday, March 28 from 1-8 pm. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 1 pm at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home, 411 Fairdale Rd. 40118 with burial immediately following at Mt. Holly Cemetery.
