Ernest Withers, 77, of Russell Springs, KY, formerly of Louisville, passed away March 2, 2013. He was a retired master plumber and member of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 502. He is preceded in death by his wife, Yvonne Withers; grandson, Dannie Phelps II; and son-in-law, Dannie Phelps. He is survived by his children, Kay Silliman, Brenda Brewer, Charlene Perkins(William), Chad Withers(Teresa), and Clint Withers(Michelle); 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; brother, Johnny Withers; and sister, Geneva Johnson. Funeral service will be 12 noon Thursday at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home with interment in Mt. Holly Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-8pm Wednesday.
