John Henry Mobley

John Henry Mobley, age 79, of Ekron, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2022 surrounded by his loving family. John retired from Ford Motor Company. He loved riding horses and spending time with his family and friends. John was always known to embellish a good story!

He was preceded in death by his parents George and Joyce Morffew Mobley; and sister, Shirley Wright.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Carey Mobley (Chrissy), Kim Lewis (Gale), Linda Bell (Matt); grandchildren, Heather MacGeorge, Ashley March (Brian), Jacob Mitchell, Cameron Rieber, and Jaimee Bennett (Caleb); great grandchildren, Olivia, Avery, Braden, Dalton; brother, David Mobley (Vickie); nieces and nephews; and his loving dog, Dog.

A memorial gathering for John will be held Friday, March 4, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home, Fairdale, Kentucky.

Memorial donations in John's honor should be directed to Juvenile Diabetes.
