Karen Kay Thompson, 59, entered into rest on Sunday September 1, 2024. Karen loved to play Bingo, Slot Machines and her grandbabies. She is survived by her Husband, Steven Thompson; Sons, Brad Funk (Mary – Elyn), Matt Funk (Brittanie), and Scott Funk; Sisters, Tammy Cunningham, Shanda Murphy and Mary Dean; Special Nephew, Corey Cunningham; Grandchildren, Mylie, Chloey, Serenity, Hadley, Conner, Memphis Funk; Father of her children, Bradley “Chung” Funk. Cremation was chosen. Her Memorial Service will be held on Saturday September 14, 2024 at 2 pm at the Fairdale – McDaniel Funeral Home, 411 Fairdale Road. Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday September 14, 2024 after 10 am until time of service at the funeral home.
