The most missed and wonderful disabled vet in the world.. we had 37 years 

Glenda,
I’m not sure if you will ever see this message. It’s Lauren Marshall (from Dr. Wiles office). I last spoke with you and Bill in October when I found out y’all had moved to Kentucky and he was really sick again. I was thinking of y’all tonight as I was nursing my new baby boy. I remember him coming to the office calling me “kiddo” and throwing jokes. I think I was one of the only ones that would give it back to him in the office and he loved it. I did not know that Bill had passed in November until I began looking online for his obituary. I wanted to come see y’all so bad so you could meet my family because Bill and I always kept in touch. In October I told him that I was expecting again and he said he couldn’t wait to find out what it was. In December I sent him a message on his phone saying it was another boy and sent him a new picture of Colston. When I never got a response I knew something was wrong. I delivered my son in April this year. I wish so badly he would have gotten to see his little picture. I always thought the world of Bill and he always treated me like one of his own every time he was at the office, always asking about my family and myself. He was such a wonderful man and I will miss him dearly.  I would love to keep in touch with you. I’m not sure if you still have my number but you can message me on Facebook! I love you Glenda and know your life will forever be changed.

My husband was one of a kind.. such a wonderful man .. He was a loving  husband and a wonderful father, papa  ,and great grandfather. Words can’t express how great of a man he was.. always there for his family.. always jokes with the kids.. There was never a time in our 37 years   that if I needed something he would get it for me.. and Also for our children.. I thank him for showing me all about life.. Now I can handle life without him.. He was a man of all men. It’s hard without him.. I miss him so much.. God bless you my love.. I know you have your wings.. your truly an angel.. Papa you were the only man I know that could tell infinite stories and have everybody listening the whole time, and I will never forget any of them either. I love you so much and I miss you even more but I know you’re in a better place now watching over me and everyone else that was lucky enough to be a part of your family. I remember when I was a little girl we would go stay at hotels for fun and I would always hide in the most obvious of places waiting for you to get there and you would spend what felt like forever acting like you couldn’t see me because I thought it was funny. You were so patient and loving but never scared to tell anyone your opinion and I will always admire that about you. You are loved and missed dearly. ❤️

My dad- it’s been 6 months since we lost you. I miss you everyday! I miss your sense of humor, your voice and your daily calls. You inspired me to be a strong woman and I try to have you look down on me and be proud of the daughter you raised. You may not be physically  be in my life anymore but you are always in my heart. A daddy, a daughters first love. I’ll see again one day. I’m still waiting for you to haunt me like you promised. I love you

Papa was the most amazing bestfriend you could ever ask for. He was stern at times but it was out of pure love. Missing him is an understatement. I catch myself thinking about him daily. I still can’t believe he passed, he was supposed to live forever. He’ll forever be my bestfriend and life will will never be the same without him. I love him so much.
