Dear Jim, Valerie, and Family,

I was thinking of you today, and decided to do a little search.  I found the information of your Mom's passing.  Please accept Sheryl's and my condolences to you and your family.   I think of you often and our fun times at Lanier.

I was your next door neighbor for 5 years in the early 1970's and considered Donna my best friend. You and Anna raised such a loving beautiful daughter and a true everlasting friend. Dear Mr. Olszewski,
You may not remember me but Donna and I have been dear friends since high school and will be friends for life. I was so very sorry to hear about the loss of your wife and Donna's precious mom. I remember he well from the visits I had to your home. Your wife was so warm and full of grace. I truly understand what a difficult time this is for your family as I lost my mother a year and half ago to cancer. While it's never easy, the pain gets a little less difficult with time and the sweet memories remain. My mother was the love of my fathers life (and ours) and they were married for 57 years. While he misses my mother he enjoys spending time with the family and works hard to keep himself busy with things he enjoys. I know you will enjoy the very special bonding time you will now have with your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Donna, and your family during this very difficult time. I grew up in Fairfax Villa, right around the corner. Donna and I swam together on swim team and were close friends. I remember Mrs. Olszewski as a quiet, kind woman. She was usually smiling and laughing when I saw her. She certainly raised a wonderful family. I just lost my own mother in December and know how difficult this time can be. I am sorry for your loss and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

  Linda and I met Anna on only one occasion but that was a very joyous one: when your son, Jim, married my sister, Valerie. I want to thank you and Anna for raising such a kindhearted and easy-going brother-in-law, as Jim is. The hospitality Anna and you showed to our family during that wedding week, will always be remembered. We know she will be greatly missed. I live in Donna's neighborhood on her street and have been friends with her for many years. Donna has shared wonderful stories of how you and your wife loved to travel.  Donna's friendship is a special one and I can tell she was raised by wonderful parents with a strong faith in God.  I'm so sorry for your loss and pray that God brings you comfort during this difficult time.

 Donna, I was so shocked to hear of your mom's passing. It immediately brought up such wonderful childhood memories of us at your house and how sweet and welcoming your parents always were to me (even when we would get into trouble). Your mother was such a gentle soul and so loving. You must be so proud to call her mom, and I am so blessed to have known her. I remember trying to look you up after 20 years, and your parents phone number came to mind (since you've had the same one since 1st grade), so I remember taking a chance and calling it and I was so surprised when your mother answered. We talked for a few moments, and she remembered me instantly (how could she forget). My heart breaks for you and your family, especially your Dad. Give him lots of love and attention and hopefully that will help to fill the void in his life. I love you so much and I pray the good Lord will help you, your Dad and family through this very difficult time. Your my oldest, sweetest and most beautiful friend and I never want to see you hurting. XOXO always and forever!

Carol and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Praying that over time your sorrow and grief with be replaced with loving memories. It is important to grieve so take care of yourself and I will keep you all in my prayers. I was never blessed to meet Ms. Olszewski, but if she was anything like her daughter Carol...I know she must have been incredibly special!

I have been blessed to have Mrs. "O" as my mother in law. She has a warm smile,  a loving heart, a great sense of humor and great faith in the lord. Her great faith is comforting as we know she is now in the Kingdom of God.
Her love will be everlasting in our hearts.

What a blessing to have known such a lovely woman. Graceful, kind, soft spoken and beautiful. Mr. Olszewski you won the lottery when you met and married the love of your life. It's a beautiful example to all of us . Love and prayers to you and your family .

I am so thankful that I have lived so close to both my grandmother and grandfather my whole life. Being able to go over for Sunday dinners is something I have always looked forward to. Forever grateful that I got to know my grandmother so well, and also that I got her green eyes. It pleases me to know that she'll be watching over me. Love your granddaughter, Danielle.

Mr. Olszewski, I have met you and your lovely wife a few times in the past. I  am a friend of Donna's. Our children went to school together which brought Donna and I together to enjoy a great friendship. I am so sorry on your loss. I will always remember your wife as an avid reader who wrote notes in each book she read. That always amazed and impressed me. My thoughts are with you and your family.

Mr. and Mrs. Olszewski were always so nice and gracious when I visited with Donna.  Mrs. Olszewski had a lovely smile which she shared every time I saw her.  I always admired the tranquil aura that seemed to surround her.  I am excited at her new journey and know she is joyous and surrounded by love in her new heavenly home.
