Kristin Anne (Tomasetti) Gerber

Born on November 21, 1973, Kristin spent most of her youth in Springfield, VA, graduating from West Springfield High School in 1992. She then went on to study Criminal Justice at East Carolina University graduating Cum Laude. She continued her education and received her Masters at George Washington University in Forensic Sciences. She had a long career with the ATF as a Firearms and Toolmark Examiner and also taught classes at George Washington University. She received numerous awards and accolades for the work she did.

Kristi enjoyed watching her boys play sports and spending time with her dogs. She expressed her love and giving spirit through her photography, painting and crafting.

Kristi is survived by her beloved sons, Aidan and Reid Gerber, her mother, Gayle Tomasetti, her sisters, Tracey Coleman, Shari Tomasetti, Kellie Kluger and their families. She is preceded in death by Robert Tomasetti (father).

A visitation will be held October 18th, 2025 at Demaine Funeral Home-Fairfax 10565 Main St Fairfax, VA from 10:00am-12:00pm.
