Michael (Mike) Mancil, of Aldie, Va, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, after a long-term illness. Michael served in the U.S. Air Force for 11 years, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant, and was part of the White House Communications Agency under two presidents. He later pursued a civilian career in telecommunications as a Principal Sr. Network Engineer for over 25 years. His colleagues considered him to be a skilled and dependable team member.
Mike practiced Catholicism and spent time with his families in the Shenandoah mountains.
He is survived by his mother, Carole; his wife, Jennifer; their daughter; his first wife, Zarela; and their three children.
A funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, May 21st at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m.
