

She graduated from Hanover High School in Pennsylvania, and Humboldt College in Minnesota. Following graduation, she moved to Arlington, Virginia and worked in a government medical unit for several years, followed by administrative manager and executive secretary positions in several organizations, including Mathematica, Booz-Allen and Hamilton, Engineering Sciences, and DeLeuw-Cather Consulting, all in the Washington DC area. She relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina, and worked for Sony-Ericsson in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. At Sony-Ericsson she received a coveted Award for Excellence for her work with the cell phone research and sales teams. She was also the Director of Special Projects at the Strategy Management Group, and corporate operations manager for 12 fitness centers and several lounges and night clubs that her son Randall owned and operated in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Howard Rohm, her son, Randall Rohm of Raleigh, North Carolina, her daughter Kirsten (Kiri) Rohm, Kirsten’s fiancée, Scott Coble, and her grandson Ryan Dubuc of Vienna, Virginia. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Linda Mills.
