I spent 27 years working for and with Bob learning so much not only about my jobs but also life in general.
A great man who was a mentor for many.

One of the best . They broke the mold when they made Bob . I worked  with Bob @ Ritz Camera for over 29 years . Always a mentor . Always a gentlemen .  He will be deeply missed . Thank you for sharing him with us for so many years .

I was devastated to hear about Bob’s Passing.  He was the definition of a true gentleman.  He added to much of Ritz Camera’ s long running success until the Digital world ended film and ultimately changed the photography that we supported.  Because of the ways things unwound, I found myself unable to reach out to Bob.  I missed Bob immediately and continued to think of him after all of these years.  He was a hero to our company and I am sure he continued being a great father and husband.  You have mine and Robyn’s condolences.        David Ritz

Dear Ann and family
Bob and I go way way back to the late 1980s when I started to work with him
We had some great times and even took a trip to Massachusetts to visit one of our frame suppliers 
One interesting note was that Bob was at ritz very early in the morning and when I needed to speak with him I knew I could call him at the crack of dawn ( like 6 am)
I also got the distinct privilege to attend his retirement party in DC 
Although he never really retired (haha)
Bob was very supportive and we had a great relationship

Bob was a straight forward kind of guy , spoke his mind when he thought it need be. 
  Gave of his time and wallet when ever God 's house called on him.
  Loved his family as much as any man could and always had loving support to give them.
  He, in his own Christian way looked out for all around him to keep them safe in a world gone astray .
  He even now still watches over those he loved from above with a unseen guiding hand .and loving heart.
  He and God have walked and talked and God has forgiven all that may be .
      He knows he is missed by some so dear to him, may they know he will always be there in their heart's as they are always with him in his .
He is at peace and filled with God's love as he now works from above in God's name .
