Cliff was born in Midland, Michigan, the son of the late Clifford and Harriet (Post) Costley, and was a United States Navy Veteran serving on the USS McGowan.
Cliff was employed as Welder with General Dynamics, Electric Boat at their Quonset Point facility in North Kingstown, RI for over 25 years until his retirement. He was an avid golfer, loved the outdoors and was a good friend and father.
He is survived by his daughter Denise M. Truver of Tiverton, RI; a granddaughter Aelish Truver; a sister Cara Ghidotti of Dade City, Florida; two nephews Bryan and Bradley Hall; a niece Stephanie Hall-Warner and several cousins. He was predeceased by his son Christopher Costley.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2020 from 10:30am to 11:30am in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Fairlawn, 180 Washington St., Fairhaven.
