She was born on May 26, 1937 in Greenville, IL the daughter of the late Eldon and Pauline (Schmollinger) Jett.
She married Gerald “Jerry” Arthur Kalbfleisch on May 5, 1956 in East St. Louis. He survives.
Connie was a member of Shiloh Eagles Ladies Auxiliary and the East Side Fire Department Ladies Volunteer Auxiliary.
In addition to her husband, Jerry, she is survived by a daughter Sandy (Brian) Alms of Belleville; a granddaughter Shanna Rousey; a grandson Jeremy Alms; a brother Bob (Angela) Jett and several nieces nephews and extended family.
In addition to her parents, Eldon and Pauline, she was preceded in death by a sister Gale Kaiser-Jett.
Visitation will be held from 4pm to 8 pm Wednesday February 21, 2018 at Lake View Funeral Home where funeral service will be held at 2pm on Thursday February 22, 2018.
Burial will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens in Fairview Heights, IL.
