

Danny loved to hunt and golf. He also enjoyed cooking and grilling. His family meant the world to him. He loved playing, baseball with his nephew, Tyler and dollhouse with his niece, Paige. He was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend, who will truly be missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ray and Clara Briggs, Norbert and Glenna Meyer; Mildred Meyer; and a very special cousin, Lester “Mutt” Blumer.
Surviving are his loving parents, Danny R. and Diane, nee Meyer, Briggs, Sr., of Glen Carbon, Ill.; his sister, Deanna (Chris) Depper, of Edwardsville, Ill.; a nephew Tyler Depper; niece, Paige Depper; a very special cousin, who was more like a sister, Amy Stehlick; his aunts and uncles, Randy (Sandy) Briggs, Gary (Sharon) Briggs, Sr., Darryl (Janie) Briggs, Anita (Bill) Briggs, Dave (Diane) Meyer, Angela (Ted) Dierkes, Denise (Matt) Krohne, Karen (Bill) Good, Eddie (Rose) Kirst, Stanley (Linda) Carnahan, and Michael Meyer; his cousins, Jessica (Dustin) Lucas, Samantha (Luke) Brandmeyer, Karen (Nate) Pope, Jennifer Meyer, Stephanie Meyer, Logan Good, Marc (Leah) Frazier, Garrett Krohne, Wyatt Krohne, Bennett Krohne, Gary W. Briggs, Jr., Alison Dierks, Jonathon Dierkes, Christina Manker, Stacy Moncrief, Stanley Carnahan, Jr., and Christy Way; and many other relatives and friends.
