Delphine "Del" Elizabeth Dill

Del was a former member of the Mascoutah Ladies of the Moose, the Belleville Senior Citizen Club, and a member of L.I.F.T. She also took great pride, working as a beautician. She loved to play bingo, dance, crochet, and travel. She was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, who will truly be missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Harold F. Dill; her parents, Frank and Elizabeth, nee Mayer, Trampier; a sister, Charlotte Reeves; a niece, JoAnn Dobson; and a nephew, Kenneth Reeves.

Surviving are her two daughters, Dian L. (Delmar) Thom, of Millstadt, Illinois and Wendy S. (Ronald) Welch, of Belleville, Illinois; her grandchildren, Jennifer Burke, William Thom, Jody (Chad) Caudle, Alison (Phillip) Richardson, William (Denise) Welch, James (Tara) Welch, and Douglas Welch; great grandchildren, Kylie and Makenzie Burke, Drew, Dane, Brynn Caudle, Sadie Richardson, Taylor Welch, Landon and Aidan Welch; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral: Services will be held at Noon, Saturday, October 25, 2014, at the funeral home, with Father James Blazine officiating. Interment will be held privately in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
