

Mr. Haeman was a retired union tile setter and a veteran of WWII serving in the United States Army in Europe including Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, and the Ardennes. He was a member of the Swansea Moose Lodge 1221 and loved to play golf.
He was preceded in death by his wife, whom he married in 1947, Ida Haeman, nee Travaglini, his parents George and Ella, nee Weyhaupt, Haeman, three brothers, Monroe, Cletus, and Andrew Haeman, and two sisters, Lavina Boyce and Evelyn Wilderman.
Surviving is his son, Joseph Haeman of Freeburg, Illinois, a brother, James Haeman of Belleville, Illinois, a dear friend, Rose Stoeckel, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
The family would like to thank the staff from Rosewood Care Center and Hospice of Southern Illinois for of their care and support.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday, August 28, 2010 at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Illinois with Rev. Charles West officiating. Interment will be Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
