He was born to Oscar and Mildred ((Fournie) Scheibel on July 15th, 1930 in East St. Louis, Illinois.
Harold is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Cora Scheibel, daughters: Karen J. Reindl, and Janet Smith and his son-in-law, Albert Smith.
He is survived by children; Robert (Laurie) Scheibel of Caseyville, Illinois, Rita (Robert) Adams of Granite City, Illinois, grandchildren: Keith (Nicole) Smith, Beverly Smith, Glenn (Sarah) Scheibel, Dale Scheibel, Nathaniel Reindl.
Harold was a Stone Mason and retired from Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, after 43 years of service. He enjoyed wood working, building things and westerns.
Funeral Services will be private, with burial taking place at St. John Cemetery, Collinsville, Illinois.
