She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Cecelia, nee Auer, Leezy; her loving husband, Melvin H. Steinhauer; three sisters and five brothers.
Surviving is her son, John M. (Mary Kay) Steinhauer, of Nederland, Texas; her grandchildren, Joan M. Steinhauer, Theresa M. Allen, John M. Steinhauer Jr., Michael M. Steinhauer, and Jacqueline M. Steinhauer; and her step-grandchildren, Stacy L. Arnaud, Jeff S. Pope, Tricia D. Kimball, and Chris J. Pope.
