

Jeannette worked as a cost analysist with Southwestern Bell. She was an accomplished writer, who published two books. She also loved genealogy, tracing her family history back hundreds of years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who will truly be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, Richard T. Pfau, Sr.; her parents, Walter Randell and Nettie Krehmeyer, nee Clayton; and her two brothers, Gerald and Ronald Randell.
Surviving to cherish her memory are her three sons, Richard T. (Karen) Pfau, Jr., of Dow, Illinois, Scott R. (Michelle) Pfau, of Shiloh, Illinois, and Michael L. (Christy Hogan) Pfau, of Nixa, Missouri; her grandchildren, Kali, Destiny, and Andrea Pfau; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m., Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
Funeral: Services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, December 30, 2016 at the funeral home with Father James Blazine officiating. Interment will be held privately in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
