Dr. Nand Kumar Satwani

Nand was born May 15, 1941, in Pakistan to Bhimandas and Ladi (Bai) Satwani.

He married Dropati Satwani in 1961; she preceded him in death in 2014.

A man of unwavering principles, boundless compassion, and steadfast faith, Dr. Satwani dedicated his life to serving his family and community with humility and grace. His journey was marked by kindness, quiet strength, and an enduring devotion to his beliefs in simplicity, sincerity and service to others. His presence will forever be a guiding light to those whose lives he touched.

Family remained the center of his world. Through every moment, he offered unconditional love, wise guidance, and unwavering support, leaving behind a legacy rooted in love, faith, and integrity.

Blessed with a warm and approachable nature, he had a remarkable ability to connect with everyone he met. Whether with neighbors, friends, or those he encountered while traveling across the world to be with his family, he built relationships effortlessly, leaving lasting impressions through his kindness and sincerity.

Nand is survived by his family, including children (& spouses) Kaweeta (& Nand Lal Dhomeja), Jaimala (& Vijay Gaba), Shiyam (& Kiran Satwani), Sangeeta (& Veer Tharwani), Hema (& Kailash Ahuja), Poonam (& Ravi Lakhwani), his siblings Manohar Satwani, Nirmala, Kaushalya, Maya, Meera, Rani, grandchildren and the extended family.

While we mourn his passing, we also celebrate a life well lived. We are grateful for the love and support of our friends during this difficult time.
