

Ms. Milliner was considered by all to be a “fighter”, and never gave up. She had a voice of an angel and loved to sing; she even had the opportunity to sing with Martina McBride. She was a loving daughter, granddaughter, sister, and friend, who will truly be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Cecil and Mary Teal; a grandmother, Anna Monroe, and a grandfather, Thomas G. Beaubien.
She is survived by her parents, Sandra Milliner and Gary Monroe; her father, Joseph O. (fiancé, Julie) Hulliung, Sr.; her grandmother, Ruth Beaubien; a grandfather, Jerome R. Hulliung, Sr.; three brothers, Joshua and Matthew Monroe, and Joseph (Amber) Hulliung, Jr.; an aunt, Liana (Daniel) New; two uncles, Jerome R. (Heidi) Hulliung, Jr. and Dee Teal; a nephew, Ryan Hulliung; cousins, Jennifer (Michael) Wilken and Nicole Skidis; and many other relatives and friends.
