

Mr. Dillard was a United States Navy World War II veteran. He retired after 34 years of dedicated service from Monsanto Chemical as a Chief Chemical Operator. He was a member of Marvin Chapel Methodist Church, Bonne Terre, MO., and loved building houses and was the greatest handy man.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer & Ruth, nee Woodward, Dillard
Surviving are his loving wife of 67 years, Ruth, nee Smith, Dillard of Collinsville, Ill., who he married on May 29, 1944; his daughter, Paula (Gary) Anielak of Collinsville, Ill., Grandchildren, David (Christine) Anielak of St. Jacob, Ill., and Joseph (Penny) Raburn; Great-Grandchildren, Travis Raburn & Nicholas Raburn both of Collinsville, Ill., Paige Raburn of Caseyville, Ill., Melissa Anielak and Nathan Anielak both of St. Jacob, Ill., Tiffany Bierschwal and Teagan Bierschwal both of Collinsville, Ill., and a great-grandchild, Emma Stroud of Caseyville, Ill.
