Raymond Strickland

Raymond was a United States Army Veteran. He retired after 31 years as a electrician from Conalco, Madison, Ill.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Strickland, nee Jones; his parents, James and Rose Strickland; and many brothers and sisters.

Surviving are his three sons, Roy (Donna) Strickland of Fairview Heights, Ill., Bob (Sandra) Strickland of MO., and Dale (Cindy) Strickland of Caseyville, Ill., and many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a brother, Lester Strickland of Fort Worth, Tx., and a sister, Bobbie Kieke of Dallas, TX., and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends and other loving extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice, Fairview Heights, Ill.

Visitation: Friends may call from 4:00 P.M. -8:00 P.M. on Friday, June 25, 2010 at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Ill.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 26k, 2010 at Lake View Funeral Home with Pastor Charles West officiating. Interment will be held in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Hgts, Ill.
