Rose Marie Beyer

Mrs. Beyer worked as a nurse’s aide with St. Elizabeth hospital and was a member of the Moose Lodge 1221 Auxiliary, Swansea, Illinois. She loved to garden, cook, and bake; but especially adored the time spent with her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother; who will be missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Mary, nee Pelc, Lapka; her loving husband, George C. Beyer; a grandson, Charles Beyer, Jr.; a brother, Joe Lapka; and two sisters, Hellen and Albe Perschbacher.

Surviving are her two sons, Charles (Kathleen) Beyer, of Belleville, Illinois and Leroy G. (Karen) Beyer, Sr., of Huntsville, Alabama; her grandchildren, Alexis , Zachary, Dustin (Brandi), Patricia, and Leroy G. (Ellen) Beyer, Jr.; and two great grandchildren, Nadia and Phillip.

All services will be held privately at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Illinois. Interment will be held in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
