

Mr. Tiemann was a compassionate, loving and determined man whom was loved beyond measure. He was an avid craftsman who loved planes, especially free flight model aircrafts. Ross was a member of AMA for more than 50 years. He enjoyed woodworking, playing the Hammond B-3 organ, and spending time with his family and friends. His greatest accomplishments were his loving children and grandchildren. He was a classy, patriotic and intelligent gentleman who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Ross is preceded in death by his parents, Henry J. and Dorothy, nee Stoddard, Tiemann ; and his brother, Jim Tiemann.
Surviving is his wife of 58 years, Barbara, nee Sanders, Tiemann; two sons, Kevin (Patricia Woelfel) Tiemann and Kent (Sheila) Tiemann; one daughter, Karol (Terry Farrell) Tiemann; two granddaughters, Trudy (Jon) Landreth and Toni Tiemann; one great-granddaughter, Eloise Marie Landreth; one sister-in-law, Dorothy Tiemann; and his nine nieces and nephews.
Mr. Tiemann’s family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Family Hospice for their care, compassion and help caring for Ross. A special thanks to Deb at Memorial Hospital for comforting Ross during his final hours and to the Leveling’s for their friendship, love and support over the years. Mrs. Tiemann feels truly blessed to have her supportive children and family to love and assist her during this difficult time.
