MARLENE ANN MERK, aged 85 of Fairview Park, Ohio, died peacefully on January 19, 2026. She was born on September 24, 1940, in Cleveland, Ohio, the only child of Adolph and Ann Merk. Marlene worked as a nurse in obstetrics for many years before retiring to care for her father, prior to his death in 1999. She is survived by a cousin, Marilyn Neelon of Eastlake, Ohio.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 26 at 10:00 AM in St. Angela Merici Catholic Church, 20970 Lorain Rd., Fairview Park, Ohio. Please Meet at Church. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
