Born in Fall River, a daughter of the late Lester and Ann (Fitzpatrick) MacDonald, she was a lifelong area resident and a graduate of the former Sacred Hearts Academy and a communicant of Holy Name Church. In addition to being a homemaker who loved spending time with her family, she worked as a cook at the John E. Boyd Center at the BCC Site for 15 years, retiring in 1998.
Surviving : one daughter: Leslie A. Daley and her husband Brian of Fall River, two sons: Christopher Sullivan and Peter S. Sullivan both of Fall River, 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was also mother of the late Mark, Jeffry and Richard Sullivan and sister of the late Margaret Leary.
Her funeral will be held Monday, March 14, 2011 at 11:00AM in the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE AT CHERRY PLACE, 178 Winter St., Fall River. Her family will greet friends in the funeral home from 10 – 11 AM prior to her funeral . Burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery Fall River.
