Our mom was born on October 5, 1936 in Bemidji, Minnesota. She eventually moved to Virginia and lived in Falls Church most of her life. Mom was a very talented artist and loved to paint. She also loved flowers, gardening, family gatherings, music, old TV shows, and her very simple lifestyle.
Mom left her ailing body and this present world on Thursday, March 2 2017. She leaves behind the family she so dearly loved. Mom had six children, two sons-in-law, three daughters-in-law, seventeen grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
Mom is predeceased by her parents and two brothers. She is survived by her brother John and one sister-in-law.
We will miss her greatly and hope to meet up with her one day in heaven.
