Doris Marie Knight (Age 91) of McLean VA passed away peacefully on June 24, 2015. She was born April 29, 1924 in Quantico, VA. She is preceded in death by her husband, Louis A Knight Jr on October 2, 2001 and her son Louis A Knight III on November 29th, 1989. She is survived by nine children- Mary Ellen Knight, Jane Robison, Barbara Knight, Joseph Knight, Patricia Linehan, Susan Adams, Virginia McKenna, Karl Knight and Kyle Knight. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation will take place at Murphy Funeral Home in Falls Church on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St Luke’s Catholic Church on Thursday, July 2 at 11am. Burial will follow at Quantico National Cemetery at 2pm.
