Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother - Elaine was strong in faith, faithful in prayer and her study of scripture, full of kindness and compassion, wise in counsel, a shoulder to cry on for many, a musician, a composer, and was all around a lovely person.
Visitation will be held at Jubilee Christian Center, 4650 Shirley Gate Rd, Fairfax, VA 22030, US, on April 17, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, followed by a Funeral Service at the same location from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
A Committal Service will take place at National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22042, US, on April 17, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
