Gilbert Edwin Wellington age 80, passed away Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at Virginia Hospital Center, with wife and daughter at his side. He was born January 10, 1945, in Orient, PA, son of Thomas Wellington and Margaret (Ellsworth) Wellington. He is survived by his wife, Beverly and daughter Stephanie Katsaris and husband Richard and grandsons Hunter and Tyler. He is preceded in death by his parents and seven brothers and eight sisters.
