

HARRY IROFF, of Alexandria, VA and more recently of The Villas in Warrenton, VA passed away on July 8, 2013 at the Fauquier Health Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Warrenton, VA. Harry was born on September 30, 1918 in Washington, D.C. and is survived by Florence Iroff, his wife of 68 years, and by his son Ronald Iroff and daughter-in-law Phyllis Iroff, Parkersburg, WV; daughter Susan Iroff-Webster and son-in-law Larry Webster, Remington, VA; daughter Nadine Iroff and son-in-law Lyle Edlin, Perkiomenville, PA; and daughter Linda Iroff, Oberlin, OH; his grandchildren Jeffrey French, Matthew Rich, and Joy Iroff-Reinoehl and great-grandchildren Benjamin, Leah, and Aaron.
Harry was a devoted family man. He obtained a degree in accounting from Strayer College in Washington, D.C. He proudly served in the Army in Germany at the end of World War II. After the war, Harry managed the family dry cleaning business with locations in both Washington, D.C. and Alexandria, VA.
Funeral Service will be held Thursday, July 11, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Jefferson Funeral Chapel, 5755 Castlewellan Dr., Alexandria, VA 22315. A private graveside ceremony at King David Memorial Gardens, Falls Church, VA will follow. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Heart Association.
