A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Hill and Wood Funeral Home in Charlottesville, Virginia. A second visitation will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at National Funeral Home, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, Virginia 22042. A celebration of life for Joe will be held at National Funeral home on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 9:00 and he will be laid to rest at National Memorial Park.
