Ladan was born in Fairfax, Virginia on June 14, 1989.
Ladan was a beautiful mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a kind soul and people would love her instantly. She adored spending as much time as possible with her favorite person in the whole world, her daughter, Sofia. She was so incredibly proud of her daughter and loved to share stories and photos of Sofia with everyone. She loved the summertime, going on family vacations, and the beach.
Ladan was so incredibly passionate about working with kids which is what led to her studying early childhood development and then eventually led her to her favorite job, working with special education students at Robinson Secondary, the same school she graduated from. She was always willing to lend a hand in whichever way she could. She always was thinking of others and how she could help them. Even in death, she saved lives. As an organ donor, she gave several people a new chance at life. She always made her family incredibly proud. She still does. And we get to tell her daughter that her mother was a hero.
Ladan is missed terribly every single day by the endless amounts of people who loved her wholeheartedly. She will always be remembered for her smile, her kindness, her warmth and her joy.
