Of Stephens City, VA and formerly of Annandale, VA passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, December 8, 2012. She was the beloved wife of 37 years to the late Jack Baird Holmes; mother of Marianne Holmes, Stephen Holmes (Catherine). She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kelly Farah (Jason), Kyle Holmes and Cheyenne Holmes; and four great-grandchildren, Aiden, Ashlyn, Madelyn and Austin; and many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Family and friends are invited to Mrs. Holmes' Life Celebration at Money & King Funeral Home, 171 W. Maple Ave., Vienna, VA on Wednesday, December 12 from 6 to 9 p.m. where funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 13 at 11 a.m. Interment National Memorial Park, Falls Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Stephens City Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company #11, P.O. Box 253, Steven City, VA 22655.
