Lucille Agnes McVay, passed November 7, 2014. She was the wife of late Raymond D. McVay. Born in Arlington, she spent most of adult life in Falls Church area settling in Alexandria several years ago. She worked at the former Melpar, retiring from Raytheon in 1987.Active in volunteer work with Meals on Wheels and several other organizations.
Survived by 3 daughters Barbara Crites, Pat Malasky (Frank), and Sharon Susalla (Larry); also leaves 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; a sister Tillie Harrison (Nordy). Predeceased by her daughter Ruth, wife of Brad Hescht, and her siblings John, Harry, and Velva Luskey. Visitation will be Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at National Funeral Home, 7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA. 22042, service at 12:00 p.m., interment to follow at 1:00 p.m. Donations are suggested to Capital Caring Hospice, www.capitalcaring.org
