On Tuesday, October 10, 2017, Mr. Robert E. Hunt, age 65, passed away surrounded by his loving family. He graduated from George Washington High School in 1971. For many years Mr. Hunt did roofing appraisal in Virginia and Florida. He loved to be in the great outdoors hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his siblings; Barbara (Don) DeGrange, Darlene (Bill) Woolls, Charles (Joanne) Hunt, Wanda Gale (Robert) Smith, and George Hunt, nephews and nieces; Nathan Hunt, Rex (Missy) DeGrange, Patty (Joe) Hilburn, Lori (Niaz) Khan, Shiela (Robert) Withrow, Lisa Smith, and Janette (Steve) Booz; and by 11 great-nieces and great-nephews. Mr. Robert E. Hunt is predeceased by both parents; William H. and Edith Hunt, and by his brother; Billy Hunt.
There will be a two-hour Visitation at National Funeral Home, starting at 1 PM on Saturday, October 14th, 2017, with a Graveside Service at National Memorial Park to follow. In lieu of flowers please consider donating to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Robert E. Hunt's memory.
