Ronald “Rodel” Ugalino Barba, age 53, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2016. He was born on March 28, 1963 in Quezon City, Philippines. He was the 7th of 11 children. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth, his first wife, Virginia, and their children, Ronald, Jr., Ronald Vincent, and Steven, his mother, Anna, his 9 siblings, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased last February of this year by his father, Cornelio, and in 2013 by his oldest sister, Grace. Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 13, 2016, at 1:00 pm at the National Funeral Home in Falls Church, VA. Burial will follow immediately at the National Memorial Park. The family will greet friends and family at the National Funeral Home from 5:00 to 9:00 pm on Thursday, May 12, 2016.
