Samuel Jay Levine “Sandy” was born on February 11, 1941, in Brooklyn, NY. He is survived by his wife Sylvia Levine; Son Mario Levine; Daughter in Law Samantha Levine; Granddaughter Charlee Rose Levine; Grandson Gavin Levine, Cousin Nancy Levine, and his biological Brother Stephen Cohen
Sandy was a graduate of Syracuse University, Sandy earned a JD in 1971. He also held three degrees in the Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester in American history, Greek mythology, and history. A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and The District of Columbia Bar. He practiced law in the Washington, DC area since 1978.
His main hobby was traveling around the world and seeing all the different people that he had only heard about. He was a world traveler and easily visited 149 countries throughout his lifetime. Sandy was a big lover of dogs.

A graveside service for Sandy will be held Friday, October 22, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA 22042.
