Surinder Pal Sharma

Surinder Pal Sharma, age 77, of Arlington, Virginia passed away on Tuesday May 8, 2018. Surinder was born January 5, 1941 in New Delhi, India and was one of 6 children born to Charan Das Gohar and Shyampyari Sharma. He later married Swarn Lata Sharma on May 25, 1974 and they moved to Arlington, VA in 1986 with their 3 young sons, Vishnu and twins Pawan and Pankaj. Surinder and Swarn Lata created a life and worked hard in Virginia to provide for their family. He will forever be remembered as a dedicated, caring son, husband, father, brother and most importantly, grandfather.

A funeral service for Surinder will be held Monday, May 14, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at National Funeral Home, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, Virginia 22042. Following the funeral service will be a witness cremation from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Northern Virginia Crematory, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, Virginia 22042.

Surinder Pal is survived by his wife, Swarn Lata Sharma, son and daughter-in-law Vishnu D. Sharma and Mamona Shabbir, son and daughter-in-law Pawan K. Sharma and Kamini Patel, and son Pankaj K. Sharma. He is also survived by grandsons Adam and Zain Sharma.
