Bill Brougham passed away at his home on February 10, 2016. Survivors include his wife, Ann Zimmerman, his children, Shanna Hampton, Sean Brougham and Bryan Brougham, his sisters, Ruth Smeal and Beth West, and two grandchildren, Aiden and Nora.
A 'Celebration of Life' memorial will be held on March 5, 2016, at 2 pm, at National Memorial Park, followed by a reception at the same location.
