

William served in the United States Air Force where he started in the ROTC and became a First Lieutenant and received recognition from the President of the United States. He was an honor graduate of the Air Training Command receiving a United States Air Force Jet Flight Certificate. William was also a Professional member of the American Correctional Association; completed Civil Engineering School of the Air Force Institute of Technology; and an illustrious member of the Fourth Combat Support Group. He graduated with a B.S. degree in Architecture at Oklahoma State University; an MBA in Business from Central Michigan University, and ultimately obtaining his PhD in management from Pacific Western University.
William was loved and appreciated by everyone he knew, especially revered among his community and greatly looked up to as a dedicated friend and neighbor to the Bentana Woods Community.
He is preceded in death by his father, Leon Woloch, Sr. and brother, Alex Woloch.
William was a devoted husband to his loving wife Isabelle and father to Laure Cerrone and Priscilla Studds. He is also survived by his beloved mother, Katherine Woloch, brother, Leon Woloch, Jr. sister, Anna Kemp; four grandchildren, Michael and Sophia Cerrone and Sydney and Nicolas Studds; and he will also be missed by his loving dog Smokey.
Visitation will be held from 4-6PM on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Murphy Funeral Home in Falls Church, VA on 1102 West Broad St.
William's funeral with full military honors will occur at 1:00 PM Thursday, April 11, 2019 at Arlington National Cemetery. The service begins at the Old Post Chapel located at Ft. Myer (Joint-Base Myer-Henderson Hall). Please enter Ft. Myer at the Hatfield Gate; 2nd Street, South, Arlington, VA. Family and friends should arrive approximately 45 minutes prior to the scheduled service time.
