Fredric Witzer

Witzer, Fredric, 82, of Plainview, passed away December 29, 2024. Beloved husband of 52 years to Enrita. Loving father of Lisa Privitera (Glenn) and Leonard (Gayle). Dear cousin and friend to many. Proud United States Army Veteran. Fredric was a loving, happy, kind man, who loved people and socializing. His family was his pride and joy, and he always looked forward to getting everyone together for holidays. Fred had a devotion to animals of all kinds. He had a passion for cars and motorcycles. Throughout the years he had a 1955 Dodge, 1966 Cadillac Convertible and a Harley. Fredric and Enrita spent over 52 beautiful years together, and every year on their anniversary he gifted her a dozen red roses. He always enjoyed going out to eat with his family. Whether it was out for breakfast, Sunday bagels, or a steak house, he didn’t care, as long as they were together. Fred will be forever missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. The family will receive visitors Thursday, January 2nd, 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc., 234 Broadway, Bethpage. Funeral Service Friday, January 3rd, 10 am at the funeral home. Entombment following at Ferncliff Cemetery, Hartsdale, New York.
