Rosemary Furbush

Furbush Calise, Rosemary “Rose”, passed away peacefully on March 16, 2024. Rose was born in Manhattan and raised in the Bronx. She resided on Long Island in Farmingdale and Huntington before moving to Clermont FL in 2004. She adored her beautiful home in Legends and made wonderful new friends highlighted by the Monday Night Mah-Jongg Ladies. She was able to travel and enjoy her life with beloved husband Danny, who took care of her every need. Rose is survived by her loving husband and life partner Danny (DANO) Calise, her pride and joy sons Stuart (Patty) and Bobby (Melissa), and her 6 cherished grandchildren, Lisa (Dan), Steven, Amy, Joseph, Arianna, and Ava. Dear sister of Joan (Edward) and Michael (Phyllis). and sister-in-law of Rocco (Rosemary), Phillip (Diane), Joanne, Mary (Dale), and Rose. Treasured Aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Michael, and her mother Stella, and her youngest son Carl, the light of her life, who she will be joyfully reunited with in Heaven. Memorial Visitation Saturday, June 22nd, 11 am-1 pm at Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc., 315 Conklin Street, Farmingdale.
