Michelle Lynn Toney Newman

Michelle Lynn Toney Newman, 37, formerly of Oak Hill, passed away at home on Sunday, September 25, 2016 in North Carolina. Born on April 22, 1979 at Beckley, she was the daughter of Michael Toney, Sr. and Rosa Hudson Kincaid Klosski. Michelle was a homemaker and loved to take care of her children. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, William Hudson, Sr. and Arizona McGinnis Hudson, and Lloyd Calvin Toney Sr.; uncle, William Hudson Jr.; and son, Jessie Ray Smith. Left to cherish her memory includes her husband, Charles Newman; sons: Eric Hodge and Joseph Smith; mother: Rosa Klosski; father: Michael Toney Sr.; sister: Melissa Toney; brother: Michael Toney Jr.; and several other extended family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Dodd-Payne-Hess Funeral Home, Fayetteville, with Rev. Henry Hudson officiating. Burial will follow at the Bibb Cemetery off Wonderland Road, Fayetteville. The family will receive friends from 1 PM to 2 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
